Comfortable and Cozy

Our room provided more than a place to sleep – Stepping into our room was like stepping into a haven of comfort. It was spacious and clean, it felt like a cozy home. What made it even better was having our own little backyard – a quiet spot to soak up the sun and enjoy some downtime.

The hotel is easy to reach by car. From the airport in Faro, it’ll take you about an hour to get there. We rented our car at Movyng, our favorite car rental in Portugal. The service is great, they pick you up with a shuttle from the airport and bring you to your comfortable car. It’s always a smoothly driving Peugeot or similar. The hotel has it’s own parking lot so you also don’t need to worry about a parking spot!

Leisure and Culinary Delights

Before diving into the breakfast, we couldn’t resist dipping in the pool. For the time of the year, it was quite cold but it woke us up right away. If you are more of the warm water type, the hotel also has you covered. They also have an indoor pool which is swimmable all year round!

The breakfast at Costa D’oiro Ambiance Village is a treat! Starting with a mimosa, the morning spread featured a feast of local goodies, from pastries to cheeses and exotic fruits, showcasing Portugal’s culinary richness and helping you start off the day properly.

Fine Dining at Your Doorstep

For those seeking a culinary experience without going too far, we highly recommend experiencing at least one dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The extensive wine list showcases the best of Portuguese wines. Together with the culinary expertise of the chefs, the dishes presented felt like fine dining at a Michelin star restaurant – a true fine-dining experience at your doorstep.
